支持邮箱验证码登录（新邮箱自动注册）与 Apple 登录。邮箱验证码 10 分钟内有效，没收到请检查垃圾邮件箱，或 60 秒后重新发送。

时长怎么计算？

只计算检测到说话的时长，静音部分不计时。新用户注册即赠送试用时长；会员每月发放 60 分钟，当月有效、不结转；会员还可另购时长包。剩余时长与购买入口在「账号 → 充值」。

换了手机或重装后会员还在吗？

会员与时长跟着账号走，登录同一账号即可。如果购买后时长没有到账，请在「账号 → 充值」页底部点「恢复购买」。

如何开关朗读、更换朗读声音？

在「账号」页设置「自动朗读译文」与「朗读声音」（AI 语音或系统语音）。对话模式的气泡旁有播放键，可随时重播该轮译文。

同传为什么要戴耳机才朗读？

外放朗读时，麦克风会把朗读声收进去重复翻译，所以同传只在戴耳机（有线、USB-C 或蓝牙）时朗读译文；对话模式外放朗读不受此限制。

按键说话可以不用一直按住吗？

可以。在「账号 → 录音方式」中改为「点按」：点一下开始说话，再点一下结束。

同传中途断开了怎么办？

网络中断时会自动重连。长时间没有检测到说话时会话会自动结束，以免浪费时长；切到后台时同传也会结束。

如何注销账号？

在「账号 → 注销账号」中操作，需先验证本人。注销后账号信息与剩余时长将被删除；App Store 订阅需另行在系统设置中取消。

How do I sign in?

Sign in with an email verification code (a new email creates an account automatically) or with Apple. Codes are valid for 10 minutes. If you don't receive one, check your spam folder or request a new code after 60 seconds.

How are minutes counted?

Only the time in which speech is detected is counted; silence is not. New accounts get free trial minutes. Members receive 60 minutes every month, valid for that month only, and can buy extra minute packs. You can find your balance and purchases under Account → Top Up.

I changed phones or reinstalled the app. Is my membership still there?

Memberships and minutes belong to your account — just sign in to the same account. If a purchase hasn't shown up, tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of Account → Top Up.

How do I turn read-aloud on or off, or change the voice?

Use “Auto-Read Translations” and “Voice” on the Account page (AI voice or system voice). In Conversation, the play button next to each bubble replays that translation.

Why does Interpret only read aloud with headphones?

Through the speaker, the microphone would pick up the read-aloud audio and translate it again. Interpret therefore reads translations only when headphones (wired, USB-C or Bluetooth) are connected. Conversation can read aloud through the speaker.

Do I have to keep holding the talk button?

No. Change Account → Recording Mode to “Tap”: tap once to start talking and tap again to finish.

Interpret disconnected. What should I do?

Voxa reconnects automatically when the network drops. A session ends automatically after a long period without speech so you don't waste minutes, and also ends when the app goes to the background.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → Delete Account and verify it's you. Your account data and remaining minutes will be deleted. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Settings.
